eBay seller tools

A focused collection of planning tools and explanations for eBay US sellers, with visible evidence limits.

Available calculator

The current eBay fee calculator estimates final value fees, net proceeds and profit for a standard one-item order in its supported range.

Current scope: eBay US, No Store or Starter Store, most categories, one item, and buyer payment at or below $7,500.

Plan in three passes

  1. Estimate the marketplace charge from buyer payment.
  2. Separate sales tax from seller revenue.
  3. Add item and fulfillment costs to inspect actual margin.

Understand the estimate

Read how eBay selling fees work for the fee basis and order-fee explanation, or review the MarketCalcs methodology for source and rounding boundaries.

What is not available yet

MarketCalcs does not currently estimate category-specific rates, higher Store plans, promoted listings, international fees, seller performance surcharges, multi-item allocations, or buyer payments over $7,500. Unsupported combinations are blocked rather than assigned a default rate.
