What to report
- A result that does not match the inputs or displayed fee rule.
- An official source that has changed or is no longer available.
- Wording that overstates the supported calculation range.
- A keyboard, screen-reader, contrast, or responsive-layout problem.
What to include
Send the page URL, the visible Rule Set ID, what you expected, and what appeared. Do not send eBay passwords, payment details, full order statements, buyer information, or other personal data. If a transaction example is essential, remove names, addresses, account identifiers, and order numbers first.
How reports are handled
Reproducible issues are checked against the rule source and automated tests. A confirmed calculation issue may cause the affected range to be disabled until corrected. Material rule or wording changes are recorded with a date and updated verification status.
